“Grief and Fables” is an ongoing series of watercolor paintings inspired by stained glass, folklore, and the The Kübler-Ross model of grief. This series is dedicated to my mother, whose passing in 2017 began a grief journey that has been informative, painful, and at times even beautiful. Loss, Bargaining and Anger are depicted in the first three works in this series.
